Cramming in the fruit and veg in this creamy banana-free green smoothie ..
A great green smoothie to get you going in the morning - refreshing, creamy and filling. Avocado is the creamy base which means this is banana free (perfect if you don't eat them).
Don't forget to soak those chia seeds in a little water first.
|1/2 cup frozen mango chunks|
|1/2 cup red grapes|
|1 lime, peeled|
|1 avocado, peeled and destoned|
|1 very large handful spinach|
|2 tbsp chia seeds|
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until well blended.
Adjust the amount of water used to suit your desired thickness (that sounds wrong, haha!).
You can also use coconut water if available.
