A challenge from my kids - to create a traffic-light smoothie - ta-da!
|For each layer – 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup homemade almond milk, 1/3 frozen banana|
|Top layer – 1 cup frozen cherries|
|Middle layer – 1 cup mix of kiwi, melon, pineapple, mango|
|Bottom layer – spinach|
Create each layer separately in your blender, then carefully build up your traffic light (you want a fairly thick consistency), then gentle stir to create the ombre effect.
