A zingy lime-based green smoothie to start your day with a bang!
|4 large strawberries|
|1 large handful kale|
|1 kiwi, peeled|
|1 banana, peeled|
|1 lime, peeled/deseeded|
|330ml coconut water|
|1 tbsp chia seeds|
1. Soak the chia seeds in a little water for 5 minutes
2. While soaking, prepare other fruit and veg
3. Add everything to blender
4. Blend for 40-60 seconds and serve
