Make the most of seasonal blood oranges in this creamy avocado-based green smoothie
|2 handfuls kale|
|2 blood oranges, peeled|
|3 plums, destoned|
|1/2 frozen avocado|
|2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked|
|330ml coconut water|
1. Soak your chia seeds in a little water for 5 minutes
2. Prep fruit and veg
3. Put all ingredients in blender and blitz for 30 to 60 seconds until well blended
4. Add a little more water if it's too thick
