A zingy green smoothie to brighten your day
|2 handfuls spinach|
|1 large pear, cored|
|1 lime, peeled|
|12 green grapes|
|1 frozen banana|
|1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked for 5 minutes in a little water)|
|250ml water or coconut water|
Simply prepare the fruit and veg, add to blender and blitz for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!
