My next green smoothie creation – very yummy and diet-friendly
|1/2 frozen banana|
|2 nectarines, stone removed|
|2 kiwi fruit, peeled|
|1/2 cup fresh pineapple|
|1 large handful of kale|
|1/2 tbsp hemp powder|
|330ml coconut water|
Add ingredients and blitz well in the blender.
