This is a full-on fruit fest in a glass, perfect for brightening up cold mornings
Remember the amount of liquid you add is up to you, everyone has their own taste of whether they like thick or thinner green smoothies - I like mine fairly runny inconsistency.
If you don't have coconut water just substitute for normal water.
1 mango, diced (or 1 large handful frozen diced mango)
1 apple, cored & diced
1 lime, peeled
1 frozen banana
1 large handful kale
330ml coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in a little water for 5 minutes
Blend all ingredients together for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth
Remember to freeze those banana's that are starting to go over rather than throw them away - chop into 4 pieces, pop into a freezer bag and pop them in your freezer. Saves waste and makes your smoothie cold without needing ice cubes.
