Today's green smoothie creation is great if your mood needs a boost or your energy needs a kickstart
It's a zingy one and a great way to get kiwi into your diet if, like me, you're not a big fan!
|2 handfuls spinach (or kale)|
|2 kiwi, peeled|
|Juice of 2 large oranges|
|1/2 lemon, peeled/deseeded|
|4 ice cubes|
Add ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth.
