A refreshing, low-GI, detoxing and budget-friendly green smoothie
|1/2 frozen banana|
|1 apple cored/roughly chopped|
|1 clementine, peeled|
|1 kiwi, peeled|
|1 tbsp chia seeds|
|330ml coconut water|
Blend ingredients well in blender.
Soak your chia seeds for 5 minutes in a little water to make them more easily digestible.
