Today's post-workout green smoothie is a creamy tropical treat
By adding soaked almonds and water it's basically lazy almond milk which adds the creaminess. If your blender isn't very powerful, I'd recommend making your own almond milk first to remove the almond husks so the smoothie isn't too bitty.
|Small handful of Almonds (soaked in water for 48hrs & then rinsed)|
|Large handful spinach|
|1 cup pineapple|
|1/2 cup mango|
|1 small frozen banana|
|1/2 tsp super green powder mix (BodyMe Organic Super Greens Mix Powder)|
|2 cups (approx) water|
Add ingredients and blitz well in the blender.
