A really comforting, creamy tasty green smoothie full of energy-sustaining good fat
This is such a comforting smoothie and a good one to try with kids as the yoghurt adds a real creaminess, which makes it really palatable.
|1 large handful kale|
|6-10 green grapes|
|3 tbsp Coyo Coconut Yoghurt|
Prep fruit and veg, add to blender and mix well.
Make sure you only add enough water to get to your desired consistency - it will always differ depending on the size of fruit used.
