Today's post-workout green smoothie is a chocoholics treat!
|330ml coconut water|
|1 cup frozen pineapple|
|1 pear, roughly chopped (leave skin on)|
|1 tbsp chia seeds|
|1 handful kale|
|1 tbsp raw cacao powder|
Add ingredients to blender and blitz well.
Soak your chia seeds in a little water for 5 minutes first, to aid digestion
