A refreshing and simple green smoothie for early springtime
|1 Apple, chopped|
|1 large handful blueberries|
|1 banana, peeled|
|2 handfuls spinach|
|1-2 tbsp chia seeds|
Prep all fruit and veg and add to blender with water.
Blitz for 30 seconds to 1 minute
Soak your chia seeds in a little water for 5 minutes before adding, to make them easier to digest.
