King of the spices: TURMERIC

Curcumin – ever heard of it? It's a compound found within my spice in the spotlight: turmeric.

Curcumin is credited with aiding the prevention and treatment of many of the world's most serious and prevalent diseases. It's well worth looking at ways to get more turmeric into your diet  - include it in smoothies, make turmeric ghee spread, add it to roast vegetables, add to omelettes, make turmeric tea or add it to rice.

Just remember to add Black Pepper when you use Turmeric, it massively increases it's absorption within the body.
