Hi, my name's Emma and I run paleo food and education courses in the West country, near Bath.

On the last day long course, we made and ate:
Four different flavours of kombucha
Coconut milk kefir
Fermented fennel and beetroot
Fermented macadamia nut spread with chives
Black olive and rosemary plantain bread
Mixed salad leaves
Spiralised kohlrabi with streaky bacon and cashew cream sauce
Tabbuleh with riced courgette, mint, parsley, spring onion, preserved lemons and sumac
Chocolate plantain cereal
Chicken breast stuffed with pesto and wrapped in Parma ham
Strawberries and cream gummies
Raw cacao, date and hemp seed balls
Ghee broccoli sprouts
Purple sweet potato
Raspberry no cheese cheesecake
Course dates are generally always a Sunday so I can go to the farmers market on Saturday and maximum number of people on the course is six.
The price includes a comprehensive handout and recipes, 17 ebooks, all food and kefir grains, kombucha scoby and dinner to take away plus ferments, gummies, treats etc.
