I’m Chef Ceri a 30-something professional Natural Chef. I cook with seasonal whole foods, choosing organic and local foods where possible. My emphasis is on eating healthy to make you feel good.
I completed my 6-month natural chef training – passing with honours – at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California at the beginning of 2014. I now live and work back in London as a freelance natural chef, food writer and healthy cooking instructor. In July 2016 I was thrilled to win best free from blog at the Health Blog Awards and in April 2015 a Highly Commended in the Health category at the UK Blog Awards.
I started Natural Kitchen Adventures in 2011 with the simple aim of sharing my healthy recipes with the wider world, and that continues to be my aim to this day. Here you will find all manner of recipes; from recipes I have taught at cooking classes, recipes I have used in my catering work or mostly just the food that I am inspired to cook.
