Using the skills and knowledge learned from a long career in the mental health service, I now support people to make positive changes to their lives and those around them. This involves looking from a completely holistic view point as only then can true satisfaction and contentment be experienced and realised for my clients.
Positive life experience/balance can only be achieved with full self reflection of one's life circumstances and experiences. This almost certainly involves looking at all aspects including diet, creativity, physical activity, relationships and aspirations.
Change of any kind can be exciting or anxiety provoking or both, but change is always consistent in that whatever that change maybe, we will always learn from it and learning is what allows us to develop and grow, which is vital for well being and self development!
I offer an entirely bespoke service and offer support to not only individuals but couples and families.
