Having yo yo dieted all my life, not only was I getting fatter; I lacked energy, was depressed and becoming extremely unhealthy. Rebecca's no nonsense writing style made the Paleo way of life easy to understand and implement and for the first time in years something just clicked. The plan is easy to follow and the recipes are delicious. I have steadily lost 2 stone (which is fantastic), but the best thing is my depression has slowly lifted and I have tons of energy.
